Position Overview

As a Senior Developer, you will report to the Director of Delivery / Project Lead. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction principles for infrastructure and buildings in design, construction, or data operations. Experience in the data or digital construction industry (BIM/DE) is preferred.

You will collaborate closely with internal Digital Engineering and Digital Twin teams to understand their workflows and processes, facilitating improvements through automation and innovation. A special interest in Big Data and Data Analysis is required, with proficiency in analyzing and presenting data using reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or similar.

A Senior Developer must demonstrate a strong logical approach to problem-solving, be self-motivated, eager to learn new processes and technologies, and willing to share knowledge and educate fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Supported by the Director of Delivery / Project Lead, actively seek feedback from Clients and internal/external Project teams regarding project delivery against agreed scope and service expectations.
• Understand business requirements in a Business Intelligence (BI) context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using various BI dashboard solutions.
• Be accountable for project data, standards, deliverables, and project data success. Actively lead and review project-related data/dashboard delivery.
• Provide strategic input to DE Leads, ensuring all projects utilize the best technology and workflows across offices to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor them.
• Mentor and guide the Manila DE Team in understanding and implementing the company’s data standards and best practices for data compilation and presentation.

Requirements

• An understanding of mathematical and statistical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data.
• Proven experience with dashboard solutions.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint and Database functionality, including scripting and automation approaches for data management and extraction.
• Advanced knowledge in Power BI (Desktop and Service).
• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn and respond quickly in a changing business environment.
• Assist in documenting processes, models, designs, and solutions, and be able to explain, represent, and discuss them with the team.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• A team player, able to lead and initiate.
• The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
