Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will solve complex business problems by analyzing data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers. This role involves supporting market and corporate leaders by providing data-driven insights on provider contract performance and related processes, exploring, analyzing, and presenting insights from complex datasets, and exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and completing complex projects with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include understanding business strategy and data analysis needs with leadership to implement solutions, contributing to data analysis or reporting initiatives to deliver insights and recommend actions, serving as the data and visualization subject matter expert, upholding development standards, and providing mentoring to teammates on best practices, particularly in low-code development using Microsoft Power Apps. The engineer will also build optimized, scalable, and well-documented analytical processes to mine, integrate, summarize, and analyze data from various platforms.
