Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in Visualization Engineering and Data Analysis, with a strong focus on Tableau. Essential skills include robust project management capabilities encompassing scope definition, RACI development, timeline tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across financial systems. Proficiency in data modeling, strong SQL skills within Cloud Data Warehouse platforms like Snowflake, and experience in Center of Excellence (CoE) activities such as process definition and best practice documentation for BI solutions are also required. A Tableau certification, experience in a SaaS security company, and familiarity with Adaptive Insights, Oracle NetSuite, or Workday HCM are considered advantageous. PMP certification or project management expertise is preferred.
The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining executive-level dashboards to monitor business unit and product performance. They will lead project management initiatives to streamline processes and workflows within the Finance Organization, manage Annual Operating Plan (AOP) visualizations, and partner with Finance Business Partners to gather requirements and validate data. This role involves collaborating with Data & Analytics teams to ensure data integration across systems and creating documentation for dashboards, metrics, and reports. The analyst will also apply data analysis and visualization expertise to understand stakeholder interaction with BI solutions.
