The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience managing international demand generation campaigns, with a proven track record in running "land and expand" campaigns in new markets. They should demonstrate a proactive approach to performance monitoring and tactical adjustments, agility in testing new channels, and success in cross-functional collaboration. Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills are essential, and multilingual abilities in French, Spanish, or German are considered a plus.
This role involves building and executing multi-channel, full-funnel demand generation programs specifically tailored for the UK & Ireland, and expanding into other strategic global markets. Responsibilities include creating "land and expand" motions to test market viability, deploying and managing campaigns across various customer segments, and driving continuous improvement through testing and optimization to meet key performance targets. The manager will also collaborate with product marketing, content marketing, web teams, and SDRs to develop effective creative assets, landing pages, and ensure campaign alignment for deal growth.
