Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in demand generation and growth marketing, with experience in building and scaling lead generation engines. A strong understanding of various stages of the buyer journey, from unaware to solution-aware, is essential. Experience with organic and low-cost acquisition tactics such as content syndication, lead magnets, webinars, and nurture tracks is required. The ability to analyze funnel metrics, provide data-driven recommendations, and collaborate effectively across teams is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Demand Generation Manager will champion and shape the company's demand creation and early-stage lead generation strategies. They will build, test, and iterate lead generation programs targeting home service business owners at multiple awareness stages, developing scalable methods for lead attraction, nurturing, and conversion outside of the existing free trial funnel. This role involves rapidly prototyping new acquisition tactics, rigorously analyzing funnel metrics for optimization, and codifying successful programs into best-practice toolkits. The manager will collaborate horizontally with the Demand Generation team and cross-functionally with Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Web Strategy, Creative Studio, and Community teams to optimize the lead journey and support company objectives for reduced reliance on paid marketing, increased pipeline efficiency, and expanded organic growth.
