Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters or equivalent experience in Finance/Accounting/Business
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations and/or Deal Desk in a multi-national company
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills in both English and French (ability to read and understand contracts in both languages)
  • Knowledge of other European languages appreciated but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to build strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partners
  • Experience in structuring multi-element (subscriptions, licenses, services and support) contracts
  • Understanding of software revenue recognition accounting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day deal approval process and communicate via documented business case with cross-functional partners to articulate deal value consistently
  • Guide and counsel sales teams during different phases of the deal cycle
  • Prepare and draft sales orders, ensuring validation and finalization from all internal partners
  • Interact with internal partners, including Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, Credit, and other functions
  • Regularly connect with sales teams to ensure consistent knowledge and application of process and policy
  • Perform to a specified set of metrics and service levels
  • Ensure transactions respect Adobe's internal revenue recognition rules, compliance policies, and operational guidelines
  • Evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for areas of improvement
