Position Overview

Mindera is seeking a Senior Data Solutions Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating client challenges into robust data solutions. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, scaling, and integrating big data platforms that align with our clients' strategic objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a data enthusiast eager to leverage diverse tools for data insights, analysis, and business decision-making.

• Estimated Travel: 15% national and international travel may be required based on project/client and organizational needs.

Requirements

You're Good At:

• Proven track record in designing scalable, highly-performant, and resilient global solutions.
• Team & Project Bootstrap: Ability to initiate and lead new teams and projects, defining technical direction and ensuring successful launches.
• Pre-Sales Acumen: Experience or strong aptitude in pre-sales activities, including client technical discussions and solution presentations.
• Requirements Architect: Expertise in converting business requirements into detailed, implementation-ready technical designs.
• Strong Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in cloud technology, cloud architecture, scalable design patterns, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, and microservices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on designing innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Familiarity with SaaS implementation and integration.
• Programming experience in one or more languages within our data ecosystem (e.g., Python, SQL).

• Experience as a Solutions Architect and Data Engineer.
• Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and multidimensional data modeling techniques.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data privacy regulations.
