Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in data engineering, particularly with time-series or log data processing. They should be proficient in Python, utilizing libraries such as Pandas, Polars, or PySpark for large-scale data processing, and have a strong understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization using both SQL and NoSQL databases. Furthermore, candidates must have experience handling complex data formats like Parquet, MCAP, or protobuf, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Grafana, as well as experience with distributed computing frameworks and cloud-based data storage solutions.
The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines and tools to transform robot logs, optimizing data processing to reduce the time between data offload and availability, designing and optimizing data storage solutions for complex data, building database schemas and queries to support analytics and visualization, supporting engineering teams with data extraction and visualization needs, developing dashboards and custom data visualization tools, and integrating solutions with existing data pipelines and the robot testing framework.

Figure ensures secure and cost-effective transactions through blockchain, and it generates revenue from origination fees and interest on loans, with competitive rates starting at 3.49% APR.
