The Senior Customer Success Manager will manage all aspects of the Customer Success cycle for key accounts, including onboarding, launch/implementation, and strategic ongoing account management, working directly with the largest Thanx customers to ensure their success and business growth. This role involves customer stakeholder management, developing success plans, providing customer strategy, and delivering in-depth presentations on Thanx program insights, as well as analyzing customer data to drive ROI and becoming an expert on the Thanx platform.
