Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in the construction industry and 5+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales. A strong technical aptitude to master Procore's offerings and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or CS are preferred. Experience managing construction projects including bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documents, schedule, quality control, and safety is also preferred. The role requires candidates to be based in British Columbia and possess outstanding presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Success Engineer will drive customer success for Procore's General Contractor, Speciality Contractor, and Owners clients in Canada, acting as a product champion and subject matter expert. Responsibilities include making data-driven recommendations for value optimization, crafting presentations to accelerate adoption, providing product roadmap updates, and leading product demonstrations. The role also involves serving as a technical account manager, fostering a positive team culture, developing mastery of Procore's products and industry best practices, and potentially traveling up to 50% for client visits, events, and office travel.
