The Senior Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for BillionToOne’s customers, including physicians, OB/GYN clinics, auxiliary staff, and patients, providing exceptional service and support. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive patient and customer experience, acting as the face of the company. The representative will also assist with onboarding new customers, providing product information, and troubleshooting technical challenges related to diagnostic tests and technology.
Molecular diagnostics for prenatal and oncology testing
