Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing CRM programs from conception through analysis, with a preference for experience in a consumer subscription product. They should be customer-obsessed and creative thinkers who care deeply about customer experiences and be proficient in leveraging complex marketing automation/CRM systems like Braze, Iterable, MoPub, ExactTarget or Responsys. Knowledge of customer segmentation, list management, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM laws is also required.

Responsibilities

As the Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives focused on customer lifecycle and engagement, lead the conceptualization and management of retention and engagement initiatives via automated and personalized email marketing programs, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging, oversee blast campaigns, create and monitor complex journeys, triggers, and automations with static and dynamic content, ensure campaigns are set up and deployed accurately, collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver compelling new personalized customer journeys, and contribute to day-to-day operations for major Brigit CRM channels.
