Responsibilities

As an Associate Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Operations, you will oversee workflow tools and CRM systems to ensure data integrity, create technical briefs for CRM projects, monitor CRM data for operational insights, assist in developing data pipelines and automation processes, partner with Growth Analytics and Lifecycle strategists to build dashboards, identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, ensure data integrity and accessibility, analyze performance trends, and lead the evaluation and optimization of marketing technology solutions. You will also establish scalable processes to drive consistent outcomes and oversee the QA process.
