Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or retention/growth marketing roles, preferably in SaaS. They should possess a customer-centric mindset and a passion for helping users unlock the full value of a platform, along with strong technical fluency in Customer.io, Chameleon, and segmentation logic. Working knowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, and Sigma is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will design and execute multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, in-app, SMS) to drive deeper product adoption and maximize value realization, collaborate with Product Marketing to translate new feature releases into compelling campaigns, partner with Customer Success to define and act on expansion triggers, own lifecycle execution systems and campaign logic within Customer.io and Chameleon, work closely with Ops, Data, and Engineering to align programs with customer journey insights, establish and maintain scalable campaign architecture, analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to optimize targeting, and collaborate with counterparts to create a connected customer lifecycle experience.
