Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, specifically within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. A strong understanding of CRM integrations, configurations, and customizations is required, along with hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services using SOAP and REST APIs. Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and various web technologies including HTML, CSS, and jQuery is essential. Experience with databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and debugging methodologies, and familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies are also necessary. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines are required.

Responsibilities

The Senior CRM Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, working collaboratively with clients to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining custom CRM applications, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and designing, customizing, and optimizing workflows, business rules, and plugins. The role also involves conducting code reviews, component testing, and quality assurance, creating and overseeing documentation, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing CRM systems, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in CRM solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
