Requirements

• Wide array of legal experience, including litigation and corporate governance.
• Expertise in data privacy and cyber security.
• Ability to practically apply data privacy and cyber security expertise.
• Solutions-oriented and positive attitude.

• Excellent judgment and ability to run projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Sales organization (spanning multiple time zones) to engage with potential and future customers, review proposed contractual edits, and help negotiate and close important deals.
• Provide practical advice on transactional data privacy and cybersecurity matters, including support related compliance initiatives, including with respect to HIPAA/HITECH, TCPA, CCPA/CPRA, and other state privacy laws.
• Provide product counseling and risk assessments for the development of new verticals and product offerings, as well as marketing initiatives and user-facing articles.
• Contribute to legal strategy and day-to-day management of any pending litigation and investigations, including responding to subpoenas.
• Perform corporate day-to-day governance functions, including assisting with the creation and maintenance of corporate entities.
