Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience
  • Experience handling commercial and consumer litigation
  • Experience with government or regulatory investigations

Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes across Vonage and its subsidiaries
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external counsel and oversee litigation budgets, strategy, and reporting
  • Provide legal advice and support on subpoenas, claims, government inquiries, and regulatory investigations
  • Lead internal investigations, fact gathering, and discovery management
  • Oversee responses to regulatory agencies and manage document production and eDiscovery
  • Advise leadership and business teams on litigation trends, potential exposure, and settlement strategies
  • Maintain case tracking and reporting for internal management and governance reviews
  • Oversee processes for service of process and discovery
  • Support insurance recovery and indemnification matters
  • Provide guidance on litigation preparedness, document retention, and risk management
