Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 3-6 years of experience in proposal pricing, project finance, or project controlling. Strong skills in Excel, analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in an ambiguous environment with changing priorities. Experience in the government contracting industry, including cost accounting practices, is preferred, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Cost & Pricing Analyst will lead the proposal pricing process, analyze RFP requirements, develop pricing models and strategies, and prepare cost/business volumes. This role involves supporting proposal managers to ensure compliance with government regulations and RFP requirements, reviewing RFPs for risks and deviations, and developing compliance matrices. The analyst will also create and update pricing models, interview subject matter experts, provide guidance on cost efficiency, conduct financial analyses, and develop proposal deliverables such as cost volumes and pricing tables. Participation in pricing reviews and coordination with other business functions are also key responsibilities.
