Responsibilities

The Inventory & Cost Accounting Manager will oversee cost accounting processes, manage inventory transactions, and analyze cost-related performance measures. Responsibilities include maintaining product cost data accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams for data analysis and process improvement, leading a global team of accountants, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, establishing and improving inventory policies, assisting with BOM and routing setup, coordinating training, leading the annual standards setting process, and supporting ERP implementation through data conversion and testing.
