Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, consulting, and project/program management. They should demonstrate a proven track record of success and familiarity with adult learning theory, as well as experience utilizing learning technology such as Cornerstone LMS.

Responsibilities

The Senior Corporate Learning & Development Specialist will work with the GLD leader to deliver on key pieces of the global development strategy, effectively team with the GLD leader to use data to aid in the development, rollout, facilitation, communication/marketing, and maintenance of core global teammate development tools, resources, workshops, programs, processes, and initiatives. They will also team with the GLD leader to help select training tools and training delivery mechanisms, create and implement Standard Operating Procedures/Governance for development materials, and develop, implement, and facilitate high-impact development workshops and programs to build strong capabilities of teammates and leaders throughout the organization.
