Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in learning design or learning facilitation, along with a minimum of three years of instructional design, training, or learning development experience. Proficiency in the Articulate 360 Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF, are required. Demonstrated experience with learning strategies and adult learning theories, including curriculum design and gathering content subject matter experts, is essential. Prior experience leading and developing a high-performing team culture is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Learning Design Professional will analyze and organize content, design best-in-class learning solutions, and develop storyboards, scripts, performance support materials, mobile learning, and manuals to ensure associate success and meet learning needs. They will facilitate Humana Healthy Horizons (HHH) new associate onboarding topics and professional development topics, design and analyze learning needs, partner with subject matter experts, and ensure course materials are current and relevant. The role involves providing consultation, feedback, and instruction to stakeholders across the enterprise, utilizing collaborative tools to design and facilitate virtual learning, assessing project scope, conducting needs analysis, and collaborating with leadership to influence strategy. They will also track and analyze training program effectiveness and exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
