The Sr. Manager, Learning Operations will oversee the day-to-day management and execution of the organization’s learning operations, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business goals. This includes managing the operational rhythm of the Learning Center of Excellence, developing and managing a team to create content, overseeing vendor relationships and budgets, supporting executive-level initiatives, tracking team metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to anticipate future needs. They will also balance business needs with content quality, adhere to brand guidelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
