Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, or a Registered Nursing certification, or equivalent qualifications. Previous experience comparable to 0 to 2 years is required, with a combination of education, training, and experience considered sufficient. Essential skills include basic medical/therapeutic area knowledge, understanding of ICH GCP and applicable regulations, effective communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work independently or in a team and extract information from study documents and systems is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Trial Coordinator II will perform remote or on-site study and site management activities, including site preparedness, logistical support, and adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include completing study-specific training, orienting to systems, assisting with patient recruitment and chart review, scheduling participant visits, performing EDC data entry and query resolution, reviewing patient-facing materials, managing devices and equipment, maintaining regulatory documents, supporting monitoring visits, coordinating study supplies, and following up on missing data. The role also involves performing reconciliation tasks, potentially assisting with informed consent, and completing administrative tasks in a timely manner.
