Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in content design, with additional skills in content strategy, and experience creating and tuning content for small and large language models (LLMs) used as the foundation of conversational designs and virtual assistant experiences. Familiarity with UX product accessibility best practices and expertise in content usability research are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Conversational Content Designer & Language Architect will create new content and iteratively improve content based on product and design team feedback, customer feedback and metrics, and UX research insights. They will also ensure the UX content reflects Remitly’s brand and product voice and tone, establish content strategy, content patterns, and best practices for scalable, global user experiences, partner with product design, product management, and engineering teams, and contribute to the expansion and ongoing improvements of content design standards and the design system.
