Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Ten (10) years of related experience
  • Proficient in the use of industrial engineering tools and techniques
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Proven leadership skills and management experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee strategic plan for industrial engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with manufacturing processes, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction
  • Collaborate with various departments, including production, quality, and supply chain, to drive integrated solutions that enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Oversee the evaluation, planning, and execution of facility upgrades and process improvements using data-driven analysis and advanced Industrial Engineering techniques
  • Exemplify and hold team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values
  • Focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential
  • Lead productivity and operational focused resources to ensure manufacturing layouts, capacity, and plant facilitation enable execution to business and quality needs
  • Demonstrate mastery of the interplay between human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination
  • Drive the strategic planning and execution of overall strategy for Industrial Engineering
