Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
Ten (10) years of related experience
Proficient in the use of industrial engineering tools and techniques
Experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Proven leadership skills and management experience

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee strategic plan for industrial engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with manufacturing processes, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction
Collaborate with various departments, including production, quality, and supply chain, to drive integrated solutions that enhance overall operational efficiency
Oversee the evaluation, planning, and execution of facility upgrades and process improvements using data-driven analysis and advanced Industrial Engineering techniques
Exemplify and hold team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values
Focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential
Lead productivity and operational focused resources to ensure manufacturing layouts, capacity, and plant facilitation enable execution to business and quality needs
Demonstrate mastery of the interplay between human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination
Drive the strategic planning and execution of overall strategy for Industrial Engineering
