Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and possess strong experience in content strategy for product, including the full lifecycle from design to optimization. They should demonstrate experience with user experience (UX) principles and user research, as well as extensive experience with A/B testing and experimentation. Furthermore, candidates must have business acumen to translate business goals into content strategy and proficiency in defining content metrics and KPIs, utilizing tools such as Amplitude.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Content Product Manager, you will design, develop, and implement a comprehensive content strategy for a new health and wellness mobile application, conducting user research and analyzing user behavior to inform content development. You will define KPIs, lead A/B testing, oversee content creation and curation, collaborate with internal and external experts, and ensure content quality control. Additionally, you will maintain content documentation, monitor market trends, and work cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and monetization teams to drive user retention, conversion, and overall product success.
