A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills, in-depth functional/industry knowledge, technical skills/systems knowledge, and adaptability to change are required. Related industry qualifications are preferred.
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for writing and managing detailed project plans, developing innovative processes/workflows, and interfacing with IT for questions and context sharing. They will develop and execute test plans, create business requirement and IT specification documentation, and facilitate partnerships between shared services and IT teams. The role involves working with outside vendor teams, delivering regular communications to stakeholders, and presiding over working group meetings. This position requires operating independently, providing consulting and leadership as a subject matter expert, and carrying out large-scope, cross-functional, and technically difficult activities. The role is balanced between operational execution and strategic direction, and involves developing, implementing, and administering programs within functional areas.
