Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation and analytics, with at least 5 years in a managerial role is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in compensation software and data visualization tools. Experience with market benchmarking and job leveling methodologies is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior Compensation & Analytics Manager will design and implement compensation programs, including base pay, bonus plans, and equity, ensuring they are equitable, competitive, and scalable. They will lead compensation cycles, benchmark roles against market data, and provide expert guidance on compensation philosophy and job leveling. This role involves delivering data-driven insights on pay equity, engagement, and other people metrics, and partnering with executive leadership to support workforce planning and strategic people decisions. Furthermore, the manager will collaborate with Talent Acquisition on offers, Legal and Finance to ensure compliance, and lead special projects related to job architecture and pay equity reviews.
