Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in compensation or similarly technical HR operations roles and familiarity with global employee compensation practices, programs, and compliance. Experience with systems such as Workday Advanced Compensation, Radford market data, and Carta equity administration is a plus, but not mandatory.
The Compensation Analyst will be instrumental in designing and managing competitive compensation programs that attract and retain top talent, while aligning with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves conducting market research and analysis to inform compensation strategies, ensuring offerings are equitable, competitive, and compliant with regulatory standards. Additionally, the Compensation Analyst will play a key role in ad-hoc compensation projects, focusing on optimizing and refining existing compensation structures to support organizational growth and efficiency.
