Candidates should possess 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or total rewards, ideally within a high-growth or technology environment. A strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and relevant compliance regulations, including FLSA, pay transparency, and pay equity laws, is essential. Experience with market benchmarking and external data providers is also required.
As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Aurora Solar, you will conduct market analyses to evaluate internal and external competitiveness of compensation packages, support the development of compensation structures and salary ranges, lead the annual compensation planning process, evaluate new and existing roles, partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition, provide strategic compensation insights, and ensure compensation programs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for creating training materials, developing compensation dashboards and reports, and leveraging AI tools to improve team efficiency.
