Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience, along with at least 5 years of hands-on compensation experience, proven knowledge of global compensation policies and practices, and experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global organization. They should also have experience building and maintaining a job architecture and experience with HRIS systems and compensation modules/tools.

Responsibilities

The Senior Compensation Specialist will manage compensation data, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning, conduct detailed pay gap analyses to identify disparities, collaborate with the Learning & Development team to build and maintain the job architecture, conduct market analysis and establish salary structures, build and maintain compensation software, lead critical compensation processes, ensure compliance with global compensation regulations, create compensation reports for audits and leadership team needs, complete audits and reconciliations, assist with compensation calculations and allocations, and collaborate with the global payroll team to ensure accurate data.
