Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as a representative of the WeWork culture and be a leader by example; support team development through coaching, feedback, time-off tracking, and related activities; represent the Business Manager in the Cluster by propagating important messages to the team
  • Act as the cluster focal point for resolving medium to high-complexity problems; perform follow-up on difficult cases and billing/revenue collection
  • Analyze key company performance indicators to support the Business Manager in decision-making
  • Propose and plan corrective actions to address critical operational points and customer experience
  • Participate in projects for improvement and cascade information to the team
