Requirements

Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in GTM, commercial strategy, or marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business impact. A deep understanding of B2B SaaS, payments, or hospitality/retail verticals is preferred, along with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior Commercialisation Manager will define and evolve the go-to-market strategy, translate strategic objectives into actionable plans including campaign design and lifecycle communications, and lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline and brand equity. This role involves tailoring strategies for underpenetrated markets, driving cross-sell and upsell initiatives, defining and tracking KPIs across the GTM funnel, and using data to inform decisions and report on performance to senior leadership.
