Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the GTM strategy in alignment with commercial and product priorities
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable GTM plans, including campaign design, enablement, and lifecycle communications
  • Lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns (paid media, SEO, webinars, events) to drive pipeline and brand equity
  • Tailor GTM strategies for underpenetrated markets and segments, addressing current support model gaps
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives through ICP-based packaging and solution storytelling
  • Define and track KPIs across the GTM funnel, including MQLs, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI
  • Use data to inform decisions, iterate on strategy, and report on performance to senior leadership
  • Ensure GTM activities are scalable, repeatable, and measurable
  • Build and lead a high-performing GTM team, driving execution excellence, and owning market outcomes across enterprise, mid-market, and developing segments
  • Unify presales, marketing, and customer experience under a single commercial umbrella, ensuring consistent messaging, campaign alignment, and market impact
