As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer, you will provide technical solutions to complex problems and deliver in-depth analysis and guidance to Snowflake customers. You will adhere to response and resolution SLAs, document known solutions, report bugs and feature requests, and partner with engineering teams to prioritize customer requests. Additionally, you will participate in various support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
