Senior Care Manager - Behavioral Health

Candidates should possess 5+ years of leadership and management experience, including managing teams of 40+ people, and 3+ years of experience in behavioral health or EAP, with CEAP preferred. An active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN) is required, along with demonstrated ability to collaborate with external customers to understand their needs and develop solutions, and a proven track record of building and growing teams.
The Senior Clinical Manager will lead, mentor, and manage a team of clinical managers and clinicians to deliver exceptional mental health support, overseeing the quality of service delivery and providing feedback for professional growth. They will lead and manage large-scale clinical programs, serving as a clinical Subject Matter Expert to optimize programs and processes, and contributing to clinical policies and operational models. Additionally, they will develop strong relationships with customer success partners and internal stakeholders, communicate strategic updates, and address escalations to maintain strong program health.
