Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will enhance tooling and workflows for care providers and operations teams, and contribute to broadening and optimizing mental health offerings for members. This role involves leading a squad of design and engineering partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between company and member offering strategies. Responsibilities include owning and improving provider efficiency and operational effectiveness KPIs, developing and communicating the provider and operations tool roadmap, integrating AI to enhance offerings, leading new products from ideation to launch, establishing KPIs and metrics, championing data-driven testing, identifying and building innovative offerings, and staying informed about market trends and AI-driven innovations in the mental health space.
