Position Overview

Modern Health is seeking a driven, creative, and passionate Senior Client Success Manager to own large-scale employer relationships from launch through contract renewal. This role involves partnering with Fortune 500 companies and similar organizations to drive product adoption, engagement, client retention, and growth. You will serve as a product expert, strategic consultant, and mental health champion for senior HR executives and business leaders. Your collaboration with clients and the internal product team will be instrumental in continuously improving the platform's functionality and benefits.

This position reports to the Director, Client Success & Renewals.

Workforce: Modern Health operates as a fully remote workforce. To maintain culture and team connection, overlapping hours are required. Team members outside the Pacific time zone are expected to work at least six hours between 8 am and 5 pm Pacific time each workday.

  • Ideal candidates are based in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
  • Prior experience managing large-scale client relationships is essential.
  • Comfortable partnering closely with senior HR executives and business leaders.
