Responsibilities

Develop and deliver technical training sessions, webinars, and workshops to empower Resellers and Distributors with the necessary knowledge to promote and sell email, compliance, and cloud security products
Collaborate with Channel Partners to provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and solution design to address customer requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with key Channel Partners in the region, assisting them in developing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets
Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for Proofpoint’s products, addressing complex technical queries, and providing guidance on best practices and implementation
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align channel strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
Gather feedback from Channel Partners and customers to identify potential product enhancements and work with product management and development teams to improve solutions
Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and provide insights to Channel Partners
