Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical training sessions, webinars, and workshops to empower Resellers and Distributors with the necessary knowledge to promote and sell email, compliance, and cloud security products
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners to provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and solution design to address customer requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Channel Partners in the region, assisting them in developing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets
  • Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for Proofpoint’s products, addressing complex technical queries, and providing guidance on best practices and implementation
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align channel strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Gather feedback from Channel Partners and customers to identify potential product enhancements and work with product management and development teams to improve solutions
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and provide insights to Channel Partners
