Our Applications business unit focuses on delivering a suite of advanced communication tools designed to enhance customer engagement. From cloud contact centers to feature-rich unified communications solutions, our Applications team is dedicated to providing businesses with the tools they need to streamline operations and improve customer experiences.
The candidate will join the Applications Group Partner Marketing team and be a part of a highly creative, energetic team that leads the marketing strategy for Channel, Alliances, ISVs and SIs in the Applications Group. We will leverage analysis of deep partner knowledge, third-party events and campaign data to develop actionable marketing strategies to build pipeline and close business. We collaborate with product, product marketing, corporate marketing, the social team, and the global events team to create unique and inspired event experiences that tell our story in a way that resonates with customers.
The Channel Marketing Manager will own and execute the strategy for regional channel events, TSD events, campaigns, and exclusive Vonage Events on the Channel. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience owning end-to-end marketing plans and understands the Channel, its TSDs and Partners. The candidate should be passionate about business communications and adept at producing engaging email and social campaigns. The candidate should also have experience in the Channel ecosystem.
This position plays an instrumental role in defining the long-term direction in the indirect routes to market space. The ideal candidate will work alongside the rest of the product, alliances, sales and corporate marketing teams to create compelling value propositions, messaging and content in all areas of focus.
This role reports to the Global Director, Partner Marketing. This role is ideally based in the US and work East Coast hours.
