The Director, Partnerships and Partner Marketing will formalize the elements of the Marketing Partner Program, including marketing assets, signup processes, and financial terms. They will create and refine target lists of potential marketing partners, drive acquisition of new partners, and jointly execute marketing programs to accelerate new member trials, customers, and partner revenue share. This role involves developing and launching integrated co-marketing programs such as email campaigns, webinars, content partnerships, and virtual events, while creating tailored campaigns for specific segments and aligning with the company's value proposition. Responsibilities also include developing enablement toolkits, providing onboarding and training to partners, leading communication and relationship management with top-tier partners, and planning co-branded events and content collaborations. The role requires defining KPIs, tracking performance across all partner marketing programs, using marketing automation and CRM tools to monitor partner-attributed activities, and reporting program impact to senior leadership.
