Knowledge of Python or Ruby for data processing and automation, experience building production-grade analytics systems and self-service data platforms for external customers, and a focus on data quality, privacy, and compliance (HIPAA) are essential. Familiarity with data governance frameworks, metadata management, and clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration are also necessary. Experience with healthcare analytics or building customer-facing data products is a plus. Must be located in the U.S. with work authorization.
