As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at UiPath, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers in Thailand who have responded to UiPath's marketing activities. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Engage with Prospects: Contact potential customers who have shown interest in UiPath through marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other activities.
- Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for a sales conversation. Gather relevant information about their needs, challenges, and interest in UiPath solutions.
- Initiate Conversations: Use phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects (from both Inbound & Outbound activities).
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads, providing detailed information and insights.
- Maintain CRM: Accurately update and maintain records of all interactions and activities with prospects in the CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality and effectiveness of campaigns, helping to improve future marketing efforts.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with UiPath’s products, industry trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.
