Description: Since 1998, Keywords Studios has been reshaping how players interact with their favorite games, growing into a global team of over 12,000 professionals spread across 70+ studios in 26 countries. They offer solutions to video game developers and publishers, including art, audio, testing, localization, and Player Engagement – one of the fastest-growing Service Lines. Player Engagement provides technical support, community management, and trust & safety services for AAA and Indie studios. This role focuses on driving sales for diverse service lines in 2025, specifically Player Engagement services like Player Support, Player Safety, Helpshift ticketing platform, and Community Management. As a fully remote position based in Europe, the Business Development Manager will lead strategic sales initiatives, build client relationships, and expand service offerings.
Requirements
- Leadership: Design and implement advanced sales strategies tailored to prospective clients, driving growth and market expansion by identifying key industry trends and opportunities.
- Support: Support portfolio directors and delivery teams in high-level account management, ensuring long-term client success through strategic oversight and engagement.
- Communication: Deliver exceptional client support by proactively managing expectations alongside the player engagement solutions team and portfolio directors, ensuring seamless service delivery. Represent Keywords at key industry trade conferences, providing strategic insights and expert support.
- Business Expertise: Expertly manage opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Contribute to strategic customer review meetings, working closely with portfolio directors to strengthen partnerships and identify upselling opportunities.
