Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Management: Build, maintain, and grow strategic relationships with key partners, acting as the central point of contact.
  • Technical Liaison: Oversee technical alignment and integration between our solutions and partner offerings, including joint roadmaps and APIs.
  • Sales Engineering: Translate technical capabilities into business value for partners and joint customers; deliver tailored demos, proofs of concept, and solution proposals.
  • Account Ownership: Manage the full partner account lifecycle, including commercial discussions, performance tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Opportunity Development: Identify and drive new joint business opportunities and co-selling initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to ensure consistent execution on partner initiatives.
