Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Sales and Marketing motions, including inbound versus outbound strategies, and 4+ years of experience working with data, with SQL expertise being a must. They should also have knowledge of the lead funnel lifecycle, such as Lead → MQL → SAL → SQL, and demonstrated ability in building and maintaining dashboards that clearly communicate insights, preferably using Tableau. Furthermore, candidates must be comfortable working with data independently and possess excellent collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders. Hands-on experience with dbt is considered a strong plus.
The Senior Data Analyst will develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into revenue-driving activities across the Marketing organization, identify potential data quality issues in CRM and related systems, analyze campaign performance and funnel conversions, support ROI and attribution modeling for marketing programs and sales initiatives, and use historical data and predictive modeling to guide future strategy decisions.
