As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be crucial in driving data-driven decision-making within the marketing department. This role will involve analyzing channel mix, marketing spend, customer behavior, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in utilizing various marketing tools and platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience turning complex data into clear, actionable insights within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical background and ability to translate complex data into understandable stories.
  • Fluency in marketing data language (customer funnels, attribution models).
  • Proficiency in various marketing tools and statistical methods.
  • SQL Power User (comfortable diving deep into relational databases and writing performant SQL).
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex, Google Analytics).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership and dedication to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns, spending, and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Lifecycle, and Analytics Engineering stakeholders to build clean, self-serviceable data models.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing and SEO stakeholders to define experimentation strategy and analyze experiments.
  • Define and monitor key marketing metrics, business KPI’s, and customer behavior to identify cross-functional business growth opportunities.
  • Manage existing marketing toolkit (i.e. funnel.io, Hightouch) and work with stakeholders to troubleshoot data issues.
  • Effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical teams, translating complex data into understandable and actionable stories.
