Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience working with a SaaS company, partnering with the Go-To-Market domain, and building data products in a cloud data warehouse such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks. Expert SQL skills with a strong attention to data accuracy and integrity are required, along with proficiency in R or Python as a plus. Experience owning a dbt project utilizing engineering best practices, including unit testing, data quality checks, reusable building blocks, and data governance, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analytics Engineer, GTM will architect and operationalize the data foundation for lifecycle marketing, including sales intelligence, website experimentation, and demand generation, ensuring seamless integration across systems like Salesforce, Braze, Segment, and paid ad platforms. They will design scalable queries and data syncs to provide customer traits and insights for GTM teams, build customer journey models to drive lead prioritization and retention strategies, support web, CX, and content teams in implementing and analyzing experiments, and drive adoption of Monte Carlo for GTM data monitoring and issue resolution. Additionally, they will ensure timely and reliable data availability across various platforms, establish data governance and analytics engineering best practices, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, CX, Ops, and Analytics teams to leverage data effectively for business decisions.
