This role is based in the WHOOP office in Boston, MA, and the successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston office.
Candidates need advanced skills in SQL, a general understanding of ELT (dbt) and data warehousing (Snowflake) structures, as well as data visualization tools like Amplitude, Sigma, or Hex. Python is a plus, along with experience working with data engineering teams on complex datasets.
The position requires 4+ years of experience in a deeply strategic/analytical role, including partnership with clinical, product, data science, or engineering teams, plus demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders.
The role involves collaborating with a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with Product, Digital & Connected Health, Software, UX, Data Science, Marketing, and Strategic Finance teams.
Strong candidates can take broad questions, wrangle data, model key insights, visualize results, and communicate actionable recommendations, with strong storytelling skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders on strategic direction.
