Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role such as Business Analyst, Data Engineer, or Analytics Engineer. Proficiency in writing complex Python scripts and SQL queries is essential, along with experience in modern data lakehouse architectures like Databricks or Snowflake and an understanding of performance and cost drivers. A customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and a collaborative approach working across teams are also required. Familiarity with machine learning, BI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Salesforce, financial data sources, and prior experience in ICM, SPM, or sales roles are considered advantageous.
